Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because every ICONWALL piece is made to order, the following conditions apply:

• Standard Designs: If you are not happy with a standard (non-personalized) design, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original gift box. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund of the product price.
• Personalized Items: Pieces with your own choice of players, names or numbers are made just for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a personalization error made by our team.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@iconwall.store with your order number and photos. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
• Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations or design changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins.
